Like Coach Marino said in his previous post, we are sticking to night runs. Tomorrow we are meeting at 7:30PM at the Gypsy Hill Park Pool.
Those of you who haven't been coming to the runs, I hope you are running on your own. Just get out there and have fun and feel free to run with us :D
